San Jose State University maintains student accounts for
1-year after your last enrolled semester. Email messages are sent to your SJSU email account 1 month prior to deactivation allowing you to transition off of SJSU's System. Once deactivated, the only way to reactivate it is to re-enroll as an active student or be hired as an SJSU employee. Temporary reactivations
will not be granted.
If your account is deactivated unofficial copies of your transcripts are no longer available. However, you may still order official copies from the Office of the Registrar.
